1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 15bdb platform and all related services. "15bdb", "we", "our" refers to the entity operating this platform. "User", "you" refers to any person who is registered on or seeking to register on the platform.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The supported payment methods for deposits on 15bdb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account level.

Funds must be deposited only from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This timeframe may change in cases requiring urgent verification or under unusual circumstances.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals will not be processed if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency and Tax

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (bonus + deposit). This means the wagering requirement must be met before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• Withdrawal is not possible until bonus wagering is complete.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 15bdb platform are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or in the help section.

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to any technical error, 15bdb will assess the situation and make a decision.
• Any winnings obtained due to a software error or bug will be cancelled.
• If the internet connection is lost, the game result will be determined according to the server record.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

15bdb may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.

• Suspicion of money laundering.
